This is a great addition to any first aid kit! Insert straw into the bottom of the adapter, insert straw into water bottle. The adapter works best on water bottles with 3 or more threads. If using on water bottles with fewer than 3 threads, use hand to apply pressure to seal between adapter and bottle.
