2045 Cutters are incredibly lightweight, snug-fitting late 1990s - Y2K sports design. Designed by US Ray-Ban founders Bausch & Lomb in the 1990s, these are Y2K from the Italian manufacturers Luxottica, who acquired Ray-Ban from Bausch & Lomb in 1999.
